This policy explains how Softloop Studio Pte. Ltd. (“Softloop Studio”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data on this website (softloop.studio). We keep it short because we collect very little.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers the softloop.studio website and its waitlist. The Softloop Studio application (app.softloop.studio) has its own terms and privacy notices for customers.

3. What we collect

Waitlist email address. If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you submit, together with the time of signup.

Server logs. Our hosting provider processes technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and requested pages) in server logs to deliver the site securely and reliably. We do not use this data to identify you.

No cookies, no tracking. This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or cross-site tracking.

4. Why we process it, and on what basis

We use your waitlist email for one purpose: to contact you about early access to Softloop Studio and directly related product updates. We rely on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a), where it applies, and the Singapore PDPA). You can withdraw consent at any time — every email we send includes a way to opt out, or you can simply write to us.

We process server logs based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable website.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal data. Waitlist data is stored on servers we operate. To deliver this website we use Cloudflare, Inc. as content delivery and security provider, which processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) to route and protect traffic. Cloudflare is bound by a data processing agreement and may only use this data on our instructions.

6. International transfers

We operate from Singapore, and our service providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist emails until Softloop Studio is generally available and the waitlist is closed, or until you ask us to remove you — whichever comes first. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider for security purposes.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. Singapore residents have the rights of access and correction under the PDPA. To exercise any of these, email us — we will respond within the timelines required by law. If you are in the EU/EEA, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority; in Singapore, with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).

9. Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above. Material changes to how we use waitlist data will be communicated by email.
