1. The website and the waitlist
This website presents Softloop Studio and lets you join a waitlist for early access. Joining the waitlist does not create an obligation for us to grant access, and does not create a contract for the product. We may open access in stages, at our discretion.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting to disrupt it, probing or circumventing security measures, submitting other people's email addresses without their consent, or using automated means to scrape or flood the site.
3. Intellectual property
The website's content, design, and the Softloop Studio name and mark belong to Softloop Studio Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written permission.
4. No warranties
The website and its content are provided “as is”, for information only. We make no warranties about availability, accuracy, or completeness. Product descriptions reflect the state of an evolving product and may change.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softloop Studio Pte. Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
